Great location, near to shopping malls, metro and lot of restaurants, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist Pragya and Syed, lovely and great first impression of hotel. I arrived at 2AM, quite busy but they checked me in within minutes, very professional. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was clean, breakfast buffet could be better. Pragya, Syed and Sushil were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that everything was comfortable.

Hotel easy for everything. It is in the middle of the places where you wanted to go in Deira area. It is accessible for shops and bars. Harshani is always kind and accomodating. She will make sure that the guest like me will have a warm stay in Ibis Hotel Al Rigga. Recommended for everyone if you want a budget room, neat and comfy to stay. I always visited here and will visit more..

It has always been a memorable time to visit here and I believe it is always best for me. This hotel is nice and location is great for business purposes. Small and clean rooms with basic amenities provided like Parking free wifi and reasonable breakfast buffet. Junior, Yamin, Enayet, Madam Pragya have been helpful
